The Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE) has officially released the schedule and guidelines for obtaining answer sheet photocopies and applying for Re-Evaluation of Summer 2026 examination results. Students who are dissatisfied with their marks can use these facilities through the Digital Evaluation system.

Digital Evaluation: Why No Mark Verification?
MSBTE has clarified that under the Digital Evaluation system, answer sheets are already evaluated electronically and marks are calculated automatically by computer. This eliminates the possibility of human error in totaling or mark entry.
- No "Verification" (Gun-Padtalni): Since the digital system ensures precise calculation of marks, the traditional mark verification or totaling verification facility is not available under this system.
- Available Services: Students can only apply for a Photocopy of their evaluated answer sheet and/or Re-Evaluation (re-assessment). This ensures complete transparency in the Maharashtra technical education board's evaluation process.
Step-by-Step Application Guide
The entire process is done online through the official MSBTE portal. Follow these steps carefully:
- Login: Visit the official MSBTE website and go to Examination Tab > Digital Evaluation > Student Login. Use your Enrollment Number and any one Seat Number from the Summer 2026 exam to sign in.
- Apply for Photocopy First: Select the subjects for which you want a photocopy. Complete the online application and pay the prescribed fee during the window of 20 June to 22 June 2026.
- Download Fee Receipt: After submitting the online form, download the fee receipt and submit the required documents to your institute within the specified period.
- Review Your Photocopy: Photocopies will be made available online on 2 July 2026. Carefully review your answer sheet for any discrepancies.
- Apply for Re-Evaluation (if needed): If you find that your answers have not been evaluated correctly, apply for Re-Evaluation between 3 July to 4 July 2026.
- Check Re-Evaluation Result: The final Re-Evaluation result will be declared online on 15 July 2026.
