What is the MSBTE Summer 2026 Online Exam?
Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE) conducts online theory examinations for certain subjects under its K-Scheme and I-Scheme diploma programs. The circular was issued on 8 April 2026 (Circular No. 42/Online Exam/12) and signed by Dr. Maruti Ra. Jadhav, Secretary of MSBTE Mumbai. These online exams are separate from the regular offline theory examinations. To help students, we have also compiled a full MSBTE Online Exam Subject Code List covering all 6 phases.
The exams are conducted in six phases between 11 May 2026 and 28 May 2026. Students appearing for these subjects must use their assigned User ID and Password to log in to the MSBTE Theory Exam Portal. You can also read our MSBTE Summer 2026 Exam Roadmap for a complete picture of all exam dates.

⚠ Important Rescheduling Alert

How to Get Your Login Credentials
According to the official circular, the institution-wise and subject-wise list of students appearing for the online exam will be available to exam centres on 21 April 2026. Student User IDs and Passwords will be distributed on 4 May 2026. It is the responsibility of the institution to ensure all students receive their credentials before the exam. If you have not received yours by 5 May 2026, contact your college exam coordinator immediately.
Important Rules – No Photocopy or Re-evaluation
As per MSBTE Rule RG11K, photocopy and re-evaluation facilities will not be provided for any subject conducted via online examination. Students must be aware of this before appearing. There is no provision for challenging the result after the online exam.
What Should MSBTE Students Do Right Now?
- Identify your subject code from the phase list and confirm your exam dates.
- If you have subject code 22343 or 313317, note that your exam is on 18–20 May 2026, not 25 May.
- Collect your User ID and Password from your college coordinator after 4 May 2026.
- Practice logging into the MSBTE Theory Exam Portal before exam day.
